Mr. Daniels is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Incisive Technology Incorporated and has over 15 years of professional experience in the Intelligence community.  Throughout his career, Mr. Daniels has focused on meeting customer needs in a timely and effective manner through process automation, custom software engineering, and management consulting.

As the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Daniels plans and directs all aspects of the company’s vision, mission and services.  He takes responsibility for the company’s short-term and long-term, growth, profitability and stability of the organization and is the champion for corporate culture and pace.  In addition, he serves as chairman of the board of directors and sets corporate policy to ensure the attainment of corporate goals.

Passion

Mr. Daniels passion is helping others reach their goals.  Whether it is through software products, mentoring, counseling, or training, he finds his greatest joy in and measures his success by the level of success that he helps others attain.

Mr. Daniels is married to Mrs. Jerylen Lavender Daniels. They have three wonderful children and celebrated 10 years of marriage in July of 2006.

Mr. Troy Blackwell brings over 15 years experience in the IT services industry to include both Federal and Commercial clients. As the Executive Vice President, Mr. Blackwell is responsible for the company's staffing and customer service functions and sets policies and procedures in place to ensure the success of these areas. Mr. Blackwell is the primary assistant to the CEO in all areas of corporate operations.

Mr. Blackwell teamed with Mr. Daniels in April 2004 bringing extensive technical expertise and several years of entrepreneurial experience through his ownership of THB Worldwide, LLC, a Maryland-based marketing and consulting company that trains and mentors individuals in business leadership and success principles. Mr. Blackwell earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Morgan State University where he was a member of several national honor societies and initiated into the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Prior to joining Incisive, Mr. Blackwell served with Mantech International where he was technical lead for a mission-critical web-based analytical tool used within the Intelligence Community. He also served with CTX Corporation (Communication Technology Exchange) where he was a key member of the development team for a comprehensive network forensics application.

Mr. Blackwell currently resides in Laurel, MD with his wife and his dog Diamond. His personal interests are centered on his Christian faith, helping others achieve success, and a strong passion for health and fitness. These passions provide a natural fit with Incisive Technology's core ideology, corporate goals and management philosophy.
